Day 2 - Tuesday, 10th November 2020

Firstly the apples we stripped from our tree.  We have had around 70 this year. They are Braeburns and we usually pick them in early November so timing is just right.  We may lose the tree as it is going to be close to the conservatory.  We'll see. It would be nice if we could keep it as it came from my dear friend Geoffrey's garden when he moved to Dunster.  If it has to go we will plant another as home grown apples are much tastier than shop bought.

Alarm set for 7am and a little after, we were quietly sipping our morning coffee when we heard a noise outside.  It was the skip lorry, collecting the full one and delivering a new one.

Access to the back and the 2nd skip full of earth

Concrete dry, soil removed and bricks stacked ready..

Ready to build the wall.

Much of the wall built at end of day 2

There're going to put in a new path to the shed, wide enough for a zimmer frame!

Skip for collection at end of Day 2
