The plumber and the builder today. The plumber was late and the builder defied convention by being a whole day EARLY!
This panicked the plumber as he needed to get his pipes in place before the builder put the screed down. He just made it.
First the builder laid the insulation.
Then the screed. We have to avoid walking on it for 72 hours.
And finally, Dan the builder, after laying the screed, completed our extended path, in the pouring rain.
That's it now until Monday when the plumber returns and connects up his pipe work. The electrician may come Monday or perhaps Tuesday! We're out over the weekend looking for a wall light and a ceiling light ready for the electrician on Monday, or perhaps Tuesday!
