Christmas is over, the New Year has begun and we sit here awaiting workmen.
Today should be the flooring people. The plan is they seal the conservatory floor today, ready for the cushion floor to be laid tomorrow. We are also having the office laid with cushion floor but unsure at present which of the two days this will be done.
George should be arranging for a man to fit the skirting board in the conservatory, fit the door inhibitors and dig a soakaway trench alongside the conservatory to take the water from the guttering as there has never has been a rainwater drain in our garden. Our guttering has been joined to our neighbours and so into a drain on their property.
This is the state of play on the floors in office and conservatory today.
